User Guide for Amazon Lubricants Shop

Welcome to Amazon Lubricants! This guide will walk you through our website’s features, making it easy to browse, select, and purchase the products you need.

1. Browsing Products

  • Product Categories: Start by exploring the main categories, such as Engine Oils, Lubricants, and Greases, located in the top navigation menu. You can filter products by type, usage, and compatibility.
  • Search Bar: Use the search bar at the top of the page to find specific products by name, type, or specification.

2. Product Pages

  • Product Details: Click on a product to view details like specifications, usage instructions, and compatibility.
  • Reviews: Scroll down to see customer reviews for insights into product performance and quality.
  • Add to Cart: When ready to purchase, choose the quantity and click Add to Cart.

3. Cart Management

  • View Cart: After adding items to your cart, you can view and edit your cart by clicking the cart icon at the top of the page.
  • Adjust Quantities: Update the quantity for each item or remove products as needed.
  • Apply Coupons: If you have a discount code, enter it in the Apply Coupon field to get discounts before checkout.
  • Proceed to Checkout: Once your cart is ready, click Proceed to Checkout.

4. Checkout Process

  • Billing & Shipping Details: Enter your contact, billing, and shipping details. Ensure your address is correct for smooth delivery.
  • Select Shipping Option: Choose your preferred shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided for each option.
  • Payment Method: Select your payment method (credit card, debit card, or cash on delivery, if available).
  • Place Order: Review your order summary and click Place Order to complete your purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

5. Order Tracking

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with order details and tracking information.
  • Order Status: To track your order, log into your account and go to My Account > Orders to view the status and shipping details.

6. Account Management

  • Creating an Account: You can create an account by clicking My Account in the main menu and entering your details. This makes it easier to track orders and view purchase history.
  • Password Reset: If you forget your password, click Forgot Password on the login page to reset it.
  • Updating Details: In My Account, you can update your contact information, billing and shipping addresses, and payment methods.
